This promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by Encounters Pte Ltd (“Pelago”) and is valid for bookings made between 10 March 2026 (00:00 Singapore time) and 31 March 2026 (23:59 Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).
During the Promotion Period, KrisFlyer miles can be redeemed on Pelago at a rate of 80 KrisFlyer miles per 1 SGD (or equivalent), subject to a minimum amount of 1,000 miles per booking.
This Promotion is subject to the following restrictions:
Not applicable to Disney Cruise bookings
Not applicable to KrisFlyer Experiences products
Not applicable to any other products that offer partial refunds upon cancellation.
All bookings are subject to Pelago’s Terms of Use, and the earning and redeeming of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.
KrisFlyer miles are used on the final amount paid for bookings made through Pelago, after eligible discounts have been applied. In order to be eligible, please ensure that your Pelago booking is made under your name, as it appears in your KrisFlyer membership records, or, under the name of one of your redemption nominees.
For bookings that were redeemed using KrisFlyer miles; (a) any requests for full refunds (where applicable) will be processed and credited to you in KrisFlyer miles only. Please allow up to two weeks for any refunded KrisFlyer miles to be credited back into your KrisFlyer account; and (b) any requests for partial refunds (where applicable) will be converted into SGD at the prevailing conversion rate (the “Refund Value”). You will thereafter, be issued a promo code equivalent to the Refund Value which shall be valid for 3 years. You shall be able to use this promo code on your next purchase on Pelago.
To earn or use KrisFlyer miles on Pelago, you must be a valid KrisFlyer member at the time of booking, and must continue to maintain your membership when completing your booked experience. If you are not a KrisFlyer member, please visit www.krisflyer.com to find out more about membership and how to enrol.
You must ensure that any miles you earn or use are towards your own individual KrisFlyer account. You are not allowed to transfer KrisFlyer miles to another KrisFlyer account, and if discovered, any such miles will be reversed automatically.
