Meet your guide behind the green souvenir kiosk in front of the "Colosseo" metro stop - located just outside the lower level entrance/exit
A representative will be there holding a sign with ''The Tour Guy'' on it
Show your mobile voucher to the guide/staff
The names of customers must match the ones on their documents

All visitors are required to arrive at the meeting point 10-15 minutes before departure. If guests arrive after departure, they will not be accommodated, and missed tours or admissions cannot be refunded
Important: The names of all participants must match their passport or ID card, and cannot be changed after booking
Large bags, backpacks, luggage, tripods, large umbrellas, and glass bottles are not allowed in the Colosseum. There is no coat check or storage available on-site
