I contacted Pelago after booking and they linked me up with the transport provider. We then communicated via WhatsApp. All was smooth. Note this is a shared transfer so the driver may have several names to look out for. Journey to the city is about 1 hour so highly recommended to take a transfer in air conditioned vehicle.

Punctual, nice comfortable car. I will repeat in future.

My flight was delayed on the tarmac due to the lightning and the tower couldn't connect the Aerobridge for safety reasons. I waited as the batch that I am supposed to go with has left. I think that I should have chosen a grab ride for that reason. But it isn't the fault of the transfer company. They were ok and they communicated with me to tell me to apologize and also wait..

The transport was good. You just have to be patient as the shuttle may take time to pick you. But it is very cheap compared to other taxi options. To it is worth it.

I reached at 10:30 but had to wait till 11:45 am to leave airport as I was single passenger. But I think the rules mentions it clearly while booking. Since this is a cheap option and I was travelling solo, I didn’t mind. Driver was good and the car was clean.
