THE DRIVER WAS PUNCTUAL AND THE RIDE WAS SMOOTH. SHE WAS POLITE AND HELPFUL IN UNLOADING THE BAGGAGES. THE DRAWBACK WAS WHEN I ORDERED THE TRANSPORT, I EXPECTED A TOYOTA VELLFIRE OR EQUIVALENT AS ADVERTISED. BUT IT WAS NOT. I FELT I WAS CHEATED.
