Smooth process together with friendly and punctual staff
It was a grate experience. I ordered for my parents who don’t speak English, and they are happy. They meet my parents at the gate with the name tag and guide them through fast track passport control and to the connecting flight. Highly recommended! Watsapp support answered all my questions, because I was worried I texted them million times and they were always nice.
The lady(did not get her name) who welcomed me is very polite and went all the way to help me to find out where the collection point for the BTS day pass is.
My SQ flight was grossly delayed, but the VIP Concierge was there when I came out of the plane. She assisted me to provide a ride to the airport hotel as well. This is my 2nd time to engage this service, and always a great convenience, and will definitely engage again in future!
