Dress code: Smart casual, for men no slippers, short pants or singlet is allowed. No outside food and drinks are allowed.
Buffet beverage only includes coffee and tea.

Infant below 5 years old will be free Of charged, however if you are bringing more than two infant that are below 5 years old, there will be a charged of RM 50 per pax. (Example: 3 infants below 5 years old: 1 pax will be charged RM 50 + 2 pax will be FOC)
Merchant will reserve the product purchased and the number of pax indicated in the booking once a purchase is made on KKday.
There is no need to call the merchant to confirm your booking before or after purchase to avoid repeated reservation.

Reschedule Notice: 24 hours prior to the booking date., eligible to reschedule once. This booking can no longer be changed or cancelled once it has been rescheduled. No refunds will be made for any difference in price for online payment changes resulted from rescheduling.
Cancellation Notice: Cancel prior to 24 hour(s) (time inclusive) from the selected date hour(s) (time inclusive), full refund will be made. Cancel within the 0 (time inclusive) ~ 24 hours (time exclusive) prior to the booking time., will be charged 100% of total amount as deposit.
In case of partial payment by credit card installment, payment by the same credit card for this transaction will be made after full refund of the payment.
