Excellent service provided by Ms. Tia on arrival and the instructors were friendly and courteous. Overall good experience. Would definitely go back again.

Second jet ski ride in 4 days. Always friendly and courteous staff

The facilities (towel, bathroom, shower area) at the service provider (Basuka Watersport) were not up to the mark. It felt dirty and not well maintained. For Jetski, the time was 15 minutes. But the guide/instructor ended the trip in 10 minutes. Overall it wasn't a good experience. I bought tickets from Pelago because it is from Singapore Airlines and I love Singapore Airlines for its quality and service. Pelago needs to do a better job in selecting the service providers for these activities.
