We waited 45min for this booking! Luckily the number given can call and they send to us the transport! But the other balloon trip on 19 Nov 2025 was a disaster! Told pick up 3.15am n we waited 2hrs nobody pick us from our hotel Pyramisa ISIS Luxor and the contact given : +20 101 329 2878 was never on at all for the whole nite till morning!!! Tried contact Pelago n told get back within 24hrs? We flew especially to Luxor for this tour ! Very frustrated n bad experience! No way to call no one to assist!! Worst booking I ever have! I thot is by SIA prestige airline ! I was wrong! This site anything happen nobody to help or assist only virtual assistant! N if they have agent only told get back to u 24hours!!! Very bad experience! Just be careful ! Post this because don't want anyone like us travel all the way from Singapore to Cairo n then specially book from Cairo to luxor!
