We started our meat business in Gifu in 1954, with a passion for Hida beef, a local pride. With the goal of continuing for a century, we established "Baku Ichidai." This Sakae location is our first store focusing on female Hida beef. In recent years, more customers have sought the true flavor of meat, beyond just the grade or fat marbling. Female Hida beef offers a delicate texture, low melting point, mild sweet fat, and rich natural flavor. Enjoy the experience.
