I was worried that there might be hiccups because it was a last minute booking. Surprisingly, the redemption process was super smooth! It was a fun and thrilling experience! Would definitely come here again :)

It was our first escape room experience with TRAPPED. We were hosted by Syaz, she was very nice and helpful. We booked A Quiet Place which is intermediate to easy level but still, we needed a lot of assistance from Syaz haha. She gave us hints that weren't too straightforward in a way that we finish it without feeling dumb. The props of the room were great and looked real. We booked the voucher through Pelago since it's cheaper and very easy. After getting the voucher, just don't forget to check your email and visit TRAPPED's own website and pick a date after you make payment, the rest is taken care of.

It was our first time in a trapped room experience, and the staff were great at explaining how it works as well as in giving us clues. The puzzles and props were well-thought of too.

Really a fun experience. If solving puzzles and being spooked is your cup of tea I’d recommend this game to you

One of the best escape rooms we've went in awhile! Had many high tech items in the room and multiple rooms within the space to explore. We did the 28 days of night, it was challenging but solvable. Would rate the difficulty 7/10. Just nice of a balance for us!

The new escape rooms are really good! Very interesting puzzles and atmosphere!
