Leigongtian Farm Fresh Milk: Located deep in the mountains, the farm covers a vast area. Next to the entrance is a large meadow where the owner raises three black sheep and provides tender grass for guests to feed. Of course, the farm's main attraction is its fresh milk. In addition to three types of packaged whole, low-fat, and skim milk, there are three must-try fresh milk products: Fresh Milk Mango Pudding, Ginger Milk Pudding, and Steamed Milk (at your own expense). All of these are made fresh daily and never kept overnight, so every bite is fresh. The Ginger Milk Pudding is made to order; it is still liquid when the staff brings it to you, but it will solidify on its own after a few minutes. Enjoying Kapok Blossoms at Shek Kong Jialong: While the Shek Kong Jialong Ancient Trail lacks grand mountains and scenic views, it offers a tranquil and comfortable experience in the cool, dry spring. From February to March, the trail is ablaze with blossoms of various flowers, including Bauhinia purpurea, Bauhinia blakeana, and kapok trees, creating a vibrant spring atmosphere. The kapok tree, also known as the "hero tree," produces bright red flowers as spring warms. The roadsides within the Shek Kong Military Camp in Baxiang are lined with tall, large kapok trees, creating a "kapok-lined road." The Shek Kong Military Camp was formerly a British military camp, so its architecture has a strong British influence. The abundance of kapok blossoms and the British-style barracks within the camp make it a perfect spot for outings and photography.
