The Flagship experience at MharoKhet is unique since it combines a tour of the farm followed by a multi-course culinary experience and additionally allows one with time to wallow in the naturalness of the 40-acre farm. The farm tour is fun yet educational, lead by our fields-in-charge, will discuss the processes used for chemical free farming, the challenges of greening and otherwise desert landscape and equally will present opportunities to harvest fresh produce. Those choosing to spend more time post the experience, are free to relax under the straw canopies on charpoys observing cloud formations, fly kites, play marbles… The culinary experience that follows consists of a 9-course, pre-plated, plant-forward meal, which is an amalgam of art, freshness and flavour. We take the hyperlocal, seasonal approach to the next level, bringing the table-to-the-farm – more than 90% of the produce used is harvested fresh from our farm itself, having just seen soil & sun and never a refrigerated truck!
