The steps are located opposite the Harry Potter shop (The shop is called Platform 9 3/4), which is next to Platform 9 in Kings Cross Station
For click photos with the Platform 9 ¾ trolley, arriving 45 minutes before the tour starts is recommended as there can be a long queue
Arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the tour starts as the guide won’t be able to answer their phone once the tour has started
