Start your tour by departing from Ho Chi Minh City using the Trung Luong Expressway.

Arrive at Cai Be to board a boat and visit the floating market on the Tien River. Although it is quieter now, you can learn about traditional Mekong Delta trading practices here.

Visit a local business that makes coconut candy and crispy rice popcorn. Taste fresh tropical fruits while listening to Southern Vietnamese folk music. Take a hand-rowed sampan ride through the small canals of the Mekong Delta and see rural scenery.

Arrive at Tan Phong Island at noon. Have lunch at a local garden house and join a Vietnamese cooking class. Bicycle along village paths through fruit orchards. Meet locals and see their daily activities. Visit Ba Kiet's old house.

At 15:30, board a boat to return to Cai Be. Then, return to Ho Chi Minh City around 18:30.
