The Longsheng Hot Spring National Park, it is about 2 hours away from Guilin center or 2.5hrs driving from Yangshuo. Covering an area of 260 hectares (about 642 acres), the park boasts a dense forest with rare animals and plants, as well as its natural hot springs. The best known attractions in the park are the sixteen hot springs Varity with different size and functions. These springs spout over 1,200 meters from underground river at water temperatures ranging from 45C (113F) to 58C (136F). The waters contain various elements including zinc, manganese, lithium, strontium and iron that are beneficial to health. Bathing in the springs is not only good for your heath, but reputedly, can alleviate diseases such as rheumatism as well as certain skin problem. Unlike other hot springs, the water here is purifying that can be drunk directly from the source. It is a modern complex which offers a range of baths, massage services, saunas and swimming pools. Itinerary: 9:00--11:00: Guilin hotel pick up and transfer to Longsheng Hot Spring. 11:20--16:00: Enjoying hot spring spa and have a lunch there. 16:00--18:00: Back to the Guilin hotel/airport/trian station/Yangshuo hotel.
