• Participation Requirements
  - Adult fare applies to junior high school students and above; child fare applies to elementary school students.
  - 12-year-old junior high school students must book the Adult (13 and above) ticket.
  - Each adult may bring one preschool child free of charge. A second child or more will be charged at the child rate.

• Boat schedules may be suspended or routes changed due to weather, tides, or other factors, and access to the upper deck may be restricted. A full refund will be provided if the boat is canceled. 
• Seating is unreserved, and you may not be able to find a seat. 
• There are no shops or restaurants on board. Please bring your own food and drinks if needed. 
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the boat. 
• The use of umbrellas is prohibited inside the boat and on the upper deck. 

[Pet Policy] 

• Pets are allowed on board but must be kept in a pet carrier or crate at all times. The sum of the three dimensions of the carrier must not exceed 120 cm. 
• Depending on the crowding level on board, you may be refused boarding with a pet. 
• Pets must not be taken out of their carriers or crates during the cruise. 
• Please be considerate of other passengers who may be afraid of or allergic to pets. 
• Guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs are allowed on board without a carrier or crate. 

[Wheelchair Accessibility] 

• Space on board is limited, and boarding may not be possible depending on the booking status of the day. Please inform us in advance when booking if you need to use a wheelchair. 

[Cancellation Policy] 

• After booking, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel from 00:00, 1 day before the participation date. 

[Other] 

• If you disembark early at an intermediate stop, you will not be able to re-board.

• You cannot board the boat at any location other than your booked departure point.
