Together we will breathe, stretch, and embrace the beauty of the setting sun whilst enjoying the best view in the valley you can get with or without the hike option. Perfect for solo travelers, couples or small groups. We also offer private sessions! We will begin with brief introductions and intention setting that will be unique to our group. As we tune into our breath, I will guide you through a series of gentle asanas, helping you unwind and release any tension held within your body and mind. Our yoga session is 1 hour with some time in the beginning and end for connecting. We will have time to capture the memories with stunning photos against the backdrop of a breathtaking sunset before parting ways. My hope is that you to arrive with a curious heart and open mind and leave feeling more connected to nature, to like-hearted individuals and to yourself. ( FUN FACT: 95% of those that come to this experience are beginners/brand new to yoga, so whether you'd consider yourself new or an experienced practitioner, I'm confident you'll feel at ease and welcomed) I truly can’t wait to spend time with you and help you create a lasting memory of your stay here in beautiful Arizona!
