For departure to Batam, I took the wrong passport. Counter was very kind to help me changed my timing to the next available one. On my return journey, I requested for a date change. Counter was once again very kind to assist.
Amazing offer for a ferry Ticket to batam. Tickets were full flex and even a change of the routing was allowed. Would book this anytime again.
