A vehicle equivalent to the 9-seater Toyota Hiace can accommodate:
Up to 9 passengers (including children) and 7 standard pieces of luggage when child seats are not used.
Up to 6 passengers and 10 standard-sized pieces of luggage. - Baggage Details: Standard baggage size is 36cm x 25cm x 53cm. Oversized baggage will count as 2 pieces. You will be responsible for any missed boarding costs if the maximum number of passengers or permitted baggage allowance is exceeded.
- Reservations made between 22:00 and 5:45 of the next day will be charged an additional late night/early morning fee of 2,500 yen.
Additional fees can be paid in cash directly to the driver.

- Your driver will wait 1 hour and 30 minutes after your actual arrival time for free. If you select a pick-up time and book, the free waiting time is 30 minutes. If the time limit is exceeded, an additional charge of JPY 5,000 per hour will apply (services less than an hour will be considered as one hour). Extra charges can be paid in cash directly to the driver.
