10 minsAdmission Ticket FreeWe will stop at a viewpoint on the shore of Loch Awe for photo opportunities of this iconic 15th century castle built by Clan Campbell. Unfortunately the castle is currently closed for conservation works.Inveraray Castle & Gardens
1 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeNext, we will take you to Inveraray Castle, home to the Clan Chief of Clan Campbell - the Duke of Argyll. (Open Thursday to Monday and closed for winter from November to March.) This is one of the few still lived-in castles in Scotland. Alternatively, you and your group will have the opportunity to explore Inveraray town, with stunning views of Loch Fyne. There is a cost for interior visits (optional), but the grounds, shop, cafe and toilets are open to the public at no charge.Rest and be Thankful

It is currently a private residence, so no interior visits are allowed - but we will stop at a suitable viewpoint for stunning views of the castle and the loch. Heading back to Oban we have a 30 minute drive
