Winery that was first to produce amfora sparkling wine using 'méthode traditionelle' characteristic for wine producers of French Champagne region. Tomac winery is also home to the unique sparkling wine Amfora Brut Nature 2010 that was recognized by the editor in Chief of the most prominent world wine magazine Decanter and was listed among 75 best world wines of 2016. Amfora is a unique sparkling wine that is made out of 50% of chardonnay and mixed sorts of Plesivica vineyards.
