Reserve your transfer by providing your hotel name in Madinah, pickup time, number of passengers, and WhatsApp or phone contact. Once confirmed, you will receive a voucher containing all transfer details.

2. Pickup Coordination
Our team may contact you prior to your pickup to reconfirm your hotel location, pickup time, and any special requests. For hotels near Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, where direct vehicle access may be restricted, the driver will coordinate the nearest accessible pickup point.

3. Driver Arrival
Your professional driver will arrive at the hotel lobby or agreed meeting point at the scheduled time. They will assist with your luggage and guide you to your private, air-conditioned vehicle.

4. Comfortable Private Transfer
Relax during the smooth journey from Medina to Mecca. The trip typically takes 4–5 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions.

5. Optional Stops
Short breaks for refreshments or prayer can be arranged during the journey. Please notify us in advance if you wish to include stops.
