You should select an admission time when booking the ticket to Tokyo Skytree. Tile-breaking Kawarana doesn’t require a designated starting time, you just need to go to the store during the opening hours on the activity day.
Opening hours: 10:00~17:00

You can choose whether to visit Tokyo Skytree first or experience the tile-breaking first since the order is not fixed.
If you choose to experience the tile-breaking first, please make sure that you can arrive at Tokyo Skytree at the designated time.

If you want to challenge more than 5 tiles, you can change the plan at an additional fee locally.

Booking can be made a maximum of 30 days before the designated participation date.

Deadline for reservation application: Reservations can be made until 23:59, one day before participation.

Voucher expiration date: valid for the day of event only
If you do not experience the tile-breaking on the day, you can participate in the activity on the next business day (Sat / Sun next week) since the voucher will be valid until the business day of the week following the reservation date.

Please note sudden closure and event cancellation may happen due to unexpected circumstances such as bad weather, etc. Please check the homepage of each facility before visiting.

Q: How do I confirm my booking?
A: You will get a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed. The confirmation email will be sent to your registered email account. Please check the booking information and voucher with a 2D Barcode in the correct email account. You can also check the booking information by clicking the Booking Details link in the email.

Q: I book the ticket with my smartphone so I can’t print the voucher. Is it possible to collect a paper ticket by directly presenting the voucher on the smartphone?
A: Yes. You can present the 2D Barcode on your smartphone to collect a ticket.

Q: How do I use the voucher on the day of visit?
A: Voucher with a 2D Barcode will be sent to your registered email account when the booking is completed. Please bring the voucher to collect an admission ticket on the day of visit. You can show the voucher to participate some of the activities without collecting a paper ticket. Please refer to each product page for details.

Q: Can I change or cancel my booking?
A: Sorry, the booking can't be canceled or changed.
