    • Note that screenshots or printouts will not be accepted as tickets

  • Please comply with local etiquette by wearing a mask and refraining from talking as much as possible while riding.
  • Please conduct yourself reasonably, according to your physical condition.
  • The facility continues to implement overcrowding prevention and hygiene measures (e.g., installation of disinfectant solution, and ensuring social distancing) to prevent the spread of infection.
  • Each gondola can accommodate a maximum of four people.
  • Due to inclement weather, the Ferris wheel may be out of service. In this case, refunds will not be issued, so we appreciate your understanding.

    • There is no parking lot at HEP FIVE, please use nearby paid parking
