There are multiple outlets in town but only this outlet has Pelago voucher. The place is spacious and there are many masseurs available so it doesn’t feel crowded and the waiting time is short. After booking, you will receive a WhatsApp message which you can communicate and reschedule through the same chat. Good experience and the price is lower than the shop
I recently used a voucher for the 3-hour Relaxing Treatment at Kim’s Massage & Spa (9th Phuket Old Town Branch), and it was an amazing experience. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the atmosphere was calm and soothing from the moment I walked in. The treatment itself was deeply relaxing — perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quality spa experience in Old Town Phuket.

Lovely decor, massage room was warm when we first entered, settled down after the AC cooled the room after 30mins. Massage was average, could be better.
