Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
Special luggage such as sports equipment, musical instruments, etc. will not be accommodated
Please make another booking if the number of luggage is more than the suggested
When booking, please choose a vehicle that can accommodate your group size. The operator reserves the right to request guests to book an additional transfer in cases where the size of your traveling party does not fit your chosen vehicle on the day of travel
Waiting Two & half hours are allowed in Airport. Waiting One hour is allowed in Hotel 50 SR waiting charges would be charged for one hour waiting.
If your flight is delayed, send an email/message to your driver to check their availability. An overtime surcharge will apply
