At 10:00 am or 18:30 appointment with chef at the Rastaurant Porta Messina. After reaching the restaurant, the participants will find an already prepared table with all the tools on and they will be equipped with an apron. We will start making home-made pasta with a very traditional method. After the fresh pasta we proceed to make “home-made Caponata” with the vegetables that we bought at the market. During the lesson we will prepare many other dishes of the Sicilian culinary tradition such as fresh sardines, zucchini flowers and more... Once finished the course, all participants will sit at a table for tasting the prepared dishes and different Sicilian wines and liquors. Mineral water and coffee included, of course! To all guests will be released a nice recipe in English and a certificate of participation from the Chef.
