I booked the car for 07.30, when it did not come I rang and was told it was on the way and would be there at 08.00. When it was not there I rang again to be told the booking was not until 09.00! I never made the booking for 09.00. I needed to be at the airport so I told the operator to bother I would get a taxi. I am not happy.
