Our guide John “Sintra” spoke in clear English and his driving is excellent. A local from Sintra, he was able to find alternative route to avoid traffic jams and get us to the places on time. A must to book a tour to Pena Palace and get there by 9am to avoid the crowd and heats. The drive back from Cascias along the coast was give a great view of the sea and beach. We left Lisbon at 8am and rerun around 5pm. .
