In Josefina's kitchen, students receive instruction on Mexican cooking tools like molcajetes (mortar and pestle), lime presses, tortilla presses, and the comal (a flat griddle). The class covers the preparation of handmade tortillas, traditional sauces, guacamole, side dishes, and more. Participants also have the opportunity to make authentic margaritas or traditional Mexican agua frescas (flavored waters). The session culminates in enjoying the prepared feast, offering a rich taste of Mexican culture.
