Easy to access and it was lots of fun for the kids with the direct feeding of animals
Excellent place to view animals..
We have enjoyed ourselves in the wildlife reserve. The one-way track makes it easy for us to enjoy every nick n crooks along the way. It was quiet, and some of the animals/birds were taking their naps or in hiding while we walked past their enclosures. We were excited to spot 3 kiwis in their enclosure and stayed quite a while watching them scurrying around in the dark and quiet environment.
Great experience. You can get to very close to the animal. A lot of ducks flying/walking around. Had a hard time finding the Kiwi because it is so dark! But its still a guaranteed viewing of the cute fluffy bird
Excellent free-roaming zoo with plenty of native animals.
Definitely worth the visit as you get to see so many animals
