Worse service! This agent seems mo longer exist anymore, despite calling via number provided (number is not exist or no longer in use), texted in IG (also no response, last update was 3 years ago as what I can see from their official IG). How can Pelago stil selling the voucher, without checking wether its legit or not?Vustomer service in Pelago also helo ke nothing except keep asking me wait for update, my trip has ended, Pelago stil asking me to write a review without using the service! I need a refund and conpensation from agent and Pelago (SQ).
