Highlights
I have been teaching cooking classes and working as private chef now for more than 9 years .My aim is to guide you through an amazing immersion experience alla about Italian food.
You will have detailed notes about the ingredients ( which flours, sugar etc)
You will improve your cooking skill with the help of a professional cooking instructor
You will discover Italian traditions and my personal heritage talking about real Mediterranean diet, seasonal and sustainable food choices.
Itinerary
Via Borro Tre Fossati
You will be surprised by discovering that you can live the Tuscan countryside just 15 minutes driving from Florence - Porta Romana. This is intended to be a very personalized intimate experience, there are a maximum of 6 guests allowed! You will find a large kitchen with fresh and seasonal ingredients ready for you! The food is made from scratch so the lesson will be completely hands-on. We will finish the experience eating the fruits of our labour, accompanied with good wine. The entire experience takes about 3 hours
