This voucher is not a QR ticket and cannot be used for boarding.

Click the link below to open the operation guide. Follow the manual and make your reservation as early as possible, at least one day before your boarding date. You can change your boarding time up to 5 minutes before departure.

You can also save the QR ticket as a screenshot. When you board, a staff member will check your QR ticket.

If you are using a route with reserved seats, the seat number will be displayed on the QR ticket. If you are using a route without reserved seats, the seat column on the QR ticket will be blank, so please sit in any available seat.

If you purchase multiple tickets at once, they cannot be used individually and will be activated simultaneously. If you need to use the tickets individually on different occasions, please purchase them separately.

This ticket is non-transferable and cannot be sold. Any attempt to resell this ticket will result in its invalidation.

QR code tickets can also be used by taking a screenshot of them.

Q: I have made a reservation, but how can I confirm it?
A: We will email instructions to the address you provided upon confirmation of your reservation. You will receive both your reservation details and digital ticket via email.

Q: How to use it on the boarding day?
A: After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a voucher attached. This voucher will have a QR code. To start using it, click on the hyperlink provided in the voucher. Once you have done that, you can select your destination, and a QR code will be displayed. Just show this QR code to the bus stop staff or driver, and you can board the bus.
