Purchase Notice

[Important Notice]

  • Strict Punctuality for Shuttle: Please arrive at the designated meeting point ahead of time. The bus departs strictly on schedule, and no refunds will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.
  • No Last-Minute Changes: Alterations to the tour date, options, or schedule cannot be made on the day of the tour or 1 day prior to departure.

[Helmet Policy & Premium Rental Shop]

  • Mandatory Helmet Policy: Wearing a helmet is strictly mandatory at High1 Resort. While free basic helmets are available on-site at the resort, we highly recommend upgrading for hygiene and safety.
  • Our Partner Rental Shop: The designated rental shop you will visit provides brand-new 2026-season premium equipment for the ultimate comfort and style.


Reminders
A minimum of 6 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Please note that the schedule may vary depending on traffic and weather conditions.
The drop-off location is the same as the pick-up location, and changes are not allowed on the day of the tour; if you wish to change the drop-off location, please inform your guide or our customer service team in advance.
Valley Condo Lift is available for free (All other Lifts & Gondolas are NOT available / If you wish to use other lifts, you must purchase a Lift Pass & Gondola Ticket on-site).
