Whether you need picking up from London Heathrow Airport, or an address in London, the driver will meet the clients at the address stated in the booking confirmation.

If a pick up is required from Heathrow Airport, the driver will be waiting at the arrivals with a sign signalling the clients name.

After meeting with the client, the driver will assist with any luggage, before driving the client to Birmingham.

Please note, depending on the amount of passengers, a Sedan or an MPV will be issued.
