Your local host will provide you with an overview of your cooking class, and how to make the most of it. Please note that this is a hands-on interactive experience, and not just a demonstrative class. Then, you'll immerse yourself in the Moroccan cuisine, an intimate space full of flavors, spices, aromas.. have fun learning about the different ingredients, and start preparing your Moroccan tajine. You'll also make your own Moroccan fresh salad, and learn how to make the world-famous Moroccan mint tea.. Full process explained! Finally, when your meal is ready, you'll get to enjoy your slowly-cooked homemade lunch with your host in a nice mindful atmosphere, and savor the rich flavors YOU have put together.
