Ronald very passionately shared his love and appreciation for chocolate and his knowledge how good chocolate is made. There was also sharing of how to unearth the tasting notes in chocolate, which was a very interesting learning experience. Would recommend for any fans of good chocolate.

Highly informative, Ronald also gave us a tour of the kitchen and answered all the questions we had. While I came in wanting to learn about chocolate making and tasting, I left with so much more.
