We will be practicing inside the Playa Flamingo bay, so we are protected form waves for an introductory class to Stand Up Paddle in flat water. It consists of a theoretical part, in which the instructor gives the basic notions before entering the water, and a practical part in which you start paddling, first on your knees and then standing up. It usually takes place at Flamingo Beach. The total duration is 2 hours. The price per person is 50€. The price includes the lesson, all necessary equipment (board, leash, paddle, rash guard, life jacket) and insurance coverage. Suitable from 6/7 years old (depending on the child's confidence in the water and whether they can swim).
