• This booking is for 18 holes.
• The minimum number of players required for booking is 3 for October, and 2 from November onwards.
• Please provide the English names as they appear on the passports of all participants when booking.
• After booking, tee time confirmation and customer support will be provided in Korean (for Korean nationals) or English (for other nationalities).
• The tee times provided are based on real-time availability. You must confirm your booking within 10 minutes to finalize the reservation.
• Please check in at the golf course 30 minutes before your scheduled tee time.
• Please present your passport (for all members of your party) when checking in at the golf course.
• Please ensure your name is written in English on your golf bag name tag before departure.
• If you wish to play additional rounds, you may inquire at the golf course check-in counter and pay on-site.
• Peak season round requirements (October–March): Operations during this period will be as follows, in accordance with golf course policy:
  - October onwards: Bookings only available for 3 or more people.
  - November – mid-March 2027: Bookings available for 2 or more people.
• For bookings of 2 people, you may be paired with another group; private play for 2 cannot be guaranteed.
• If using a single cart per person, a single cart fee will apply and must be paid on-site.
• Items not included, such as carts (mandatory 2 people per cart), caddies (mandatory 1 caddie per person), and insurance (mandatory for individuals, per day), must be paid locally. Cart/caddie operations may change without prior notice due to local circumstances, and you must adhere to the golf course policy.
  
• The golf course used may be subject to change depending on local conditions on the day of play.
• Due to golf course operating policies and local circumstances, booked tee times may be changed, moved earlier, or delayed without prior notice. In particular, during the winter peak season at Southeast Asian golf courses, tee-off times may be slightly delayed. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
• If you are unable to complete your round due to personal reasons, refunds or rescheduling are not possible.

[Cancellation and Refund Policy]

• Business days for cancellation and refund processing: Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00 / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Cancellations made outside of business hours will be processed based on the next business day for the application of cancellation fees.
• We act as a mail-order intermediary for golf booking services, and responsibility for the golf service itself lies with the provider.

[Information Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters]

• Golf courses generally continue operations even when it rains.
• In most cases, squall-like rain is temporary, and play continues after waiting out the rain. Therefore, unlike in Korea, advance cancellation and green fee refunds due to rain are not possible.
• Please ensure you visit the course and follow the specific operating policies of each golf course (e.g., rain vouchers, etc.).

[Golf Course Usage Guidelines]

• Smoking is strictly prohibited on the course. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. 
• Only the caddie is permitted to drive the golf cart. 
• Spiked golf shoes are not permitted. 
• Bringing outside food is prohibited.
