- Moving seats while riding
- Using umbrellas or parasols while riding
- Bringing pets
- Sticking hands or faces out of the vehicle, or touching street trees
- Eating, drinking, and smoking
* Beverages with lids can be brought in. However, bringing in alcoholic beverages is prohibited.
〇 The bus will depart strictly at the departure time. Even if you arrive late, tickets cannot be refunded, so please be sure to arrive on time.
〇 The open-top bus operates even in rainy weather; however, in the event of wind, rain, lightning, etc., that may interfere with safe operation, we may suspend or cancel the operation at our discretion.
〇 Operation may be detoured or suspended due to traffic restrictions caused by events, etc., or for vehicle inspections.
〇 In case of rain, ponchos (simple raincoats) are available for you.
〇 There is no toilet on the bus. There are also no toilet breaks during the ride.
〇 Your body or clothing may get dirty due to wind, rain, tree sap, bird droppings, etc.
〇 Please be careful not to let your hats or other belongings get blown away by the wind.
〇 Please take your own precautions against sunburn, heatstroke, and the cold depending on the temperature and weather. Our company is not responsible for any harm or damages to customers caused by these factors.
〇 Customers using wheelchairs are requested to contact the Kyushu Expressway Bus Reservation Center (092-734-2727) by the day before the boarding date, after purchasing their ticket.
