Great. I usually book directly with Coral Thailand as the prices on Pelago are never cheaper than that, but this time I used a birthday voucher so the price was slightly lower. This service is ALWAYS provided by Coral Thailand so it's cheaper to book directly with them than Pelago. This is my >20th time using the service and it is worth it as Thai immigration, especially at Phuket, is soul sucking and abysmal.

Even in low season the immigration queues in Phuket are terrible. You can actually sometimes buy this fast track service from the sales staff opposite the immigration counters but they are not reliably there all the time. The agent who met me spoke English and was actually from Phuket, unlike the last 20+ times I've used this service and had northern Thais or non-Thais, or people who can only speak Thai. She was very pleasant and helpful.

I don’t usually book this service with Pelago as it’s overpriced and you can just walk up to the agents opposite immigration and pay 200 THB. But this was paid for by my company. I also find that, regardless of whether you have a valid visa, the immigration officers get off their high horses and hassle you less if they are aware you have an agent waiting for you. I would NOT book with Pelago without a discount, however. Even direct booking with Coral is slightly cheaper but neither as cheap as approaching the humans at the Coral office. I go in and out of Phuket for work every other month and always use this service, as I’ve been caught waiting for over 90 mins in immigration queues, and 45 mins for luggage scanning at customs. I only live 15 mins away so this delay is ridiculous and this is one of the worst airports in Thailand.
