- Service duration: each charter day covers 10 consecutive hours between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm
- Pick-up time: the time you specify when booking
- Note: the driver does not accompany guests into attractions

For every seat left unoccupied, you can bring 1 extra piece of 24-inch
luggage. If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the capacity of the
booked vehicle, the driver may refuse service and the order will not be
refunded.

- Bookings must be made 2 days prior to the departure date; vouchers will be automatically issued immediately.
- If overtime occurs due to severe weather, traffic congestion, or traffic control, overtime fees will be charged as normal.
- The vehicle model listed is for reference only. If the above model and color requirements cannot be provided, a vehicle of the same class will be used instead. Please fill in the actual number of passengers (including infants and children) when ordering.
- The number of passenger seats will decrease as the number of pieces of luggage increases. Please check vehicle information before booking to select the most suitable vehicle, and clearly specify your number of passengers, luggage, vehicle seats, and luggage dimensions when booking. If the information you provide does not match the actual situation on-site, the supplier reserves the right to cancel the service.
