Experience Yoga Fly class at I Can Fly Aerial Studio. The class will shift
your perspective, rejuvenate your body, and spark your adventurous spirit!
Through a series of movements in the aerial hammock, you'll build core
strength, improve alignment, and enjoy spinal decompression and full-body
relaxation. You'll alternate between the floor and the hammock to enhance
flexibility, reboot your circulatory system, and have fun along the way.
Modifications are available to ensure everyone feels comfortable. This class
is safe, therapeutic, and perfect for first-timers and participants of all
skill levels.
There are 2 locations to serve you: Thonglor Branch and Bangna Branch. Choose
the one that fits best into your schedule and lifestyle!
