Important Information - Please Read Carefully

1. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to ensure timely boarding and departure. We cannot wait for late arrivals.

   
   

2. Infants (0-2 years) must be declared on your bookings as they are considered a passenger.

   
   

3. Please ensure your entire group has arrived before attempting to board. We cannot allow part of your group to board and hold seats, all passengers must board together.

   
   

Meeting Point & Boarding

13b Dolphin Drive, Mandurah, 6210. The Jetty is located out the front of the
Blue Manna Boat Hire office. Please ensure you allow time for parking and
walking to the jetty.

Important: Tickets are forfeited if you miss the cruise due to late arrival.

What to bring

• Coat or jacket, it can get windy on the water..

  
  

• Cameras, there's lots to see

  
  

• Due to space restrictions, no prams or strollers open aboard, we have limited storage so please try to leave prams in the car.

  
  

• BYO beers & wine and snacks. Maximum 2 drinks per person and no large eskys.

  
  

Cancellation Policy

7 days notice required for a full refund. Inside of 7 days we allow
rescheduling only with a minimum of 24 hours notice to be given. Once you have
rescheduled your cruise you will not be entitled to a refund.

If we cancel the trip for any reason, including unfavorable weather or
mechanical issues then we will attempt to reschedule if availability allows or
a full refund will be given.
