Known as a sacred place for purification, it features a temple used for cleansing rituals and a statue of Lord Shiva standing at the meeting point of two rivers. At the dam, the water flow is divided into two main streams: one towards Tukad Pakerisan and the other continuing as Tukad Pejeng.
