A gastronomic tour of Bergen, offers you a chance to sample a variety of traditional and modern cuisine. In the afternoon, enjoy a coffee and a traditional dessert such as krumkake, waffles with whipped cream and berries, or the famous Bergen cinnamon rolls. For dinner, sample the local cuisine of western Norway, such as seafood stew or rakor (mussels and potatoes). Wash it down with a local craft beer or aquavit.
