1. Does the driver speak Chinese?

A: The drivers are generally Chinese speakers who have lived in Japan for many
years.

However, during peak travel seasons, if a Japanese-speaking driver needs to be
arranged, we will inform you in advance.

2. Is it possible to be picked up in City A and dropped off in City B?

A: The driver defaults to departing from Fukuoka. Please refer to the
following examples:

If you book a Kumamoto Day Trip, you can be picked up in Fukuoka and dropped
off in Kumamoto. This is OK, with an 8-hour service time.

If you book a Kumamoto Day Trip, you can be picked up and dropped off in
Kumamoto. This is OK, with an 8-hour service time.

• If you book a Kumamoto Day Trip, pick-up or drop-off in Oita is generally not available (NG). However, if a tour happens to end in another city the day before, it may be arranged, but an additional fee will be required. Please consult customer service for details.

3. Can I change the departure time or hotel address after booking?

A: No problem. Please inform us of any changes to the departure time or hotel
address at least one day before departure.

4. Can the itinerary be modified on the day of the trip?

A: Since the driver is dedicated to your group for the day, the itinerary is
flexible and can be modified on the day based on actual circumstances.

5. How do I contact the driver after booking?

A: After booking, customer service will add your LINE, WhatsApp, or WeChat.
One day before the trip starts, customer service will create a group chat with
you and the driver.

You can communicate with customer service at any time if you have any
questions.

6. I am not very familiar with Kyushu. Can you recommend a travel route?

A: We will do our best to ensure you have a wonderful trip.

7. Is the price shown on the page per person?

A: We calculate the cost based on the vehicle, and the price shown is for the
vehicle.

Please inform customer service of the number of passengers and luggage, and
they will recommend a suitable vehicle type for you.

8. How long can we stay at each attraction?

A: The duration of stay and departure time can be decided by you. Travel at
your own pace.

When consulting customer service, please provide your travel dates, number of
passengers, number of suitcases, and the attractions you wish to visit.

Customer service will provide a suitable sightseeing route and vehicle type
based on your needs.

After receiving your order, customer service will contact you to confirm your
hotel pick-up and itinerary.

Vehicle usage time: 10 hours; 8 hours for different city drop-off; 7 hours for
different city pick-up and drop-off.

Departure time/location: According to passenger requirements. Itinerary
distance: Total travel distance must be within 300 km.

Service hours: ※ The daily service period is 10 hours between 7:00 and 20:00.
A night surcharge applies after 20:00.

Comfortable 5-seater: Can carry 4 passengers + 2 pieces of 26-inch luggage.

Comfortable 7-seater: Can carry 6 passengers + 3 pieces of 26-inch luggage.

Luxury 7-seater: Can carry 6 passengers + 4 pieces of 26-inch luggage.

Business 10-seater: Can carry 9 passengers + 8 pieces of 26-inch luggage.

Other expenses:

・Actual highway tolls and parking fees incurred on the day must be paid to the
driver in cash.

・The default pick-up and drop-off location for this product is Fukuoka. If you
are picked up or dropped off in a city other than Fukuoka, an additional
empty-car fee of 3,000-10,000 JPY is required.

・For multi-day charters, if an overnight stay in a city other than Fukuoka is
required, a driver accommodation subsidy of 6,000 JPY must be provided.

・Overtime for 5-seater/7-seater/10-seater is calculated at 5,000 JPY/h; for
vehicles larger than 10 seats, it is 10,000 JPY/h.

Excess mileage fee: If the total itinerary exceeds 300 km, 300 JPY per km will
be charged. If both overtime and excess mileage fees occur, the higher single
fee will be charged, not both.

・An additional 6,000 JPY can be paid to specify the 7-seater vehicle as a 3rd
generation Alphard.

If any additional expenses arise, please pay them to the driver on-site.

Please keep your personal belongings and valuables safe; no compensation will
be provided for any damage. Please fasten your seatbelts, and children should
not play in the car to avoid injuries caused by sudden braking.

If it is professionally determined that the luggage and number of passengers
exceed the vehicle's capacity, we will negotiate with you to change the
vehicle type or cancel the order. If the actual luggage on-site does not match
the quantity provided during booking and cannot be accommodated, the driver
has the right to refuse service without a refund. Please be aware of this.
