In booking this tour, the travelers certify that there are no health-related issues and is in good health condition. Travelers with high blood pressure, heart and kidney problems, diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, flu, pregnant, intoxicated and lack sleep are discouraged to join this tour. Please evaluate your health condition before joining the tour.
Travelers who just arrived from the airport are discouraged to book the tour.
Pick up time is from 3:00 am so we can reach the destination before the whale shark activity closes.
Bringing of big luggage is not allowed, only handcarry items
This is a long trip, if you suffer from motion sickness, take proper precautions in advance (medicines)
In order to protect the local ecosystem, please do not touch the whale sharks and do not apply sunscreen before swimming.
Travelers are advised to wear long-sleeved clothes for sunburn protection.
Follow the safety instruction and keep an appropriate distance from the whale sharks. Any violation may result in fines and penalties.
For international guests, we recommend to use Viber to easily communicate with the coordinator and driver.
Driver details will be sent thru Viber 1 day before the trip schedule.
KKday will not be liable and no refunds will be granted in the event that no whale sharks are seen or the whale shark center is closed due to unexpected weather condition. The Moalboal Island Hopping activity is dependent on weather conditions, last minute cancellations may occur. To ensure safety of the tourists, the local government has the right to ban boats from sailing.
