- Tickets valid for Malaysian & Foreign Visitors.
- Adult: 13–59 years; Senior: 60+ years.
- Sky Bridge attire & limits: Skirts/dresses not allowed; minimum height 110 cm; maximum weight 100 kg.
- Eagle Zipline limits: Minimum height 110 cm; maximum weight 100 kg; participants must be in good health (no heart/back/neck issues; not suitable during pregnancy).
Child Policy
- Children (3–12 years) require a child ticket.
- Children below 90 cm enter free.
- All children must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Highly recommended. The sky bridge and the dinosaur park were awesome. Try get a quick bite at the restaurant at the rooftop - it’s wonderful.
Really easy to redeem at the counter, just gave the voucher and the lady scanned it and gave us wristbands. The Activites were fun and helped passed time. We really enjoyed it. Would've been much better if Pelago has offered us all 9 activities instead of the 3 but we still enjoyed it none the less!
I accompanied my parents and it was all good. They are enjoying it and I really enjoyed it too
